These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Terms & Conditions") govern your relationship with Leo Rentals (the "Company", "we", "us" or "our"), the camera, lighting, and grip rentals website located at www.leorentalsep.com (the "Service").

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the Service. Your access to and use of the Service is based on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms and accept all legal consequences. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, in whole or in part, please do not use the Service.

Rental Agreement

All equipment rentals are subject to the terms and conditions of this Rental Agreement. The person, firm or organization renting the equipment, hereinafter referred to as "Renter", agrees to rent the equipment listed in the rental order for the term and rate specified.

Rental Period

The rental period begins at the time the equipment is picked up or shipped from our premises and ends when it is returned and checked in.

Responsibility

Renter agrees that from the time the equipment is received until it is returned, they will bear all risk of loss, including loss by theft or damage. Renter is responsible for any repair or replacement costs.

Inspection

Renter shall inspect all rental items upon pickup or receipt of delivery. Any discrepancies, defects, or malfunctions must be reported to Leo Rentals within two hours of receipt of equipment.

Payments

Full payment for the rental period is due at the time of booking. An additional security deposit may be required for certain items.

Cancellations

If a booking is cancelled within 48 hours of the pickup or delivery date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the rental cost will be charged.

Liability

Leo Rentals shall not be held liable for any indirect, special or consequential damages arising out of any failure or delay in furnishing the rental equipment.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice on our website if these changes are material.
